The Legal Management Group, among many other responsibilities, manages an award-winning Pro Bono program as well as a top-tier Advocate program that fosters an environment in which every voice is heard. We are seeking a Senior Associate to model the skills and behaviors required to continue realizing big wins in both of these important spaces.
Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with leaders for Legal’s Pro Bono and Advocate Programs to develop and execute creative strategies and actionable programs; build and maintain relationships with resources across Legal’s people centers and lead coordination with various enterprise programs

Oversee the day-to-day administration and project management efforts of Legal’s Pro Bono and Advocate programs, monitor and assess engagement and participation while helping to sustain and evolve the programs, and support the programs’ participants

End to end project management including comprehensive tracking of both program budgets and expenses; planning and executing in-person and virtual events and summarizing results for key stakeholders including assessing trends, suggesting ideas for improvement and creating linkage and synergy between both programs

Partner closely with Community Affairs on initiatives, as well as develop strategic partnerships with law firm personnel, bar associations, and nonprofits across Legal’s footprint
The Successful Candidate

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
-
At least 2 years of experience in a project manager or communications role
-
Bachelor’s degree or military experience

2+ years of experience in corporate event management including room setup, catering, budget management and assessing audio visual needs.

Demonstrated success developing creative and effective approaches to problem solving

Proven experience in building relationships with senior management and executives

Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with all levels of law firm personnel, non-profit and other outside organizations, clients, and others

Highly organized with the ability to pay close attention to detail

Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment

Ability to tell a compelling story through data and presentations
